Midlands Net Zero Hub (MNZH) wishes to appoint a qualified consultant to assist six local authorities across the Midlands to conduct a "Community Energy Capacity Building Study". The six areas will be selected from the authorities that have responded to the MNZH run expression of interest. This study will develop tailored community energy strategies and build local capacity to drive tangible net-zero progress through community-led initiatives. MNZH is hosted by Nottingham City Council and provides direct access to a strong, technical project team that is directly connected to other Local Authorities across the midlands. Part of the MNZH’s purpose is to build regional capability and capacity by drawing on the technical knowledge and expertise to identify and deliver energy projects in the region.
