The Scoping Study will explore potential approaches which could be used to deliver marine net benefit (MNB) in Wales. The Contractor will conduct a literature review, engage with stakeholders, and produce a report to suggest whether MNB could contribute positively towards Welsh Government commitments and inform considerations on whether to further pursue MNB through marine planning.
