Tender description
NEC's national speed penalty notice system (PentiP) has been extended to include additional efficiency benefits to Police forces and to improve the experience of the public in using the system and interacting with Forces. The Public Access System (PAS) is the latest set of features to be added, and now being deployed by forces around the country, which includes On-Line Nominations (OLN) and On-Line Admission (OLA).
