Tender description
GMFRS manages a diverse estate comprising 41 operational fire stations, 1 x headquarters, 2 x training facilities, Fleet services site and 20 residential accommodation sites (Houses and Flats). I We are seeking a single FM compliance partner who can take on end-to-end responsibility for managing all statutory compliance activities across our estate and support the implementation of a robust CAFM backed system of delivery, reporting, and data management system. This will provide central visibility, enable performance management through KPIs, and improve long-term compliance outcomes.
