An external Evaluator is being sought to engage with the delivery phase of the FCHS, for the full period of 2025-2029. It is imperative that project evaluation is undertaken over the course of the project to consider all aspects of delivery, from finance and timescale, to economic, social and environmental benefits including community participation and engagement. Lot 1: An external Evaluator is being sought to engage with the delivery phase of the FCHS, for the full period of 2025-2029. It is imperative that project evaluation is undertaken over the course of the project to consider all aspects of delivery, from finance and timescale, to economic, social and environmental benefits including community participation and engagement. We would be looking for suppliers to quote for developing and delivering comprehensive evaluation of the FCHS over the term of the scheme. It is expected that an intense period of preparation activity will be required at the start of the FCHS Delivery Phase and consolidation work at the end of the scheme, with regular and ongoing involvement as the scheme progresses.
