Tender description
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assist Revenue in clarifying its requirements and evaluating potential options for the provision of a softphone solution which incorporate Revenue is issuing this RFI and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research. As part of this market research exercise, Revenue would like you to complete the questions contained in Appendix 1. The information elicited from providers will contribute to Revenue’s procurement strategy in relation to a end to end telephony solution.
