Tender description

This is a Prior Information Notice where the tender documentation is not yet available. However, interest in this opportunity (Expressions of interest) can still be registered (see below on details of how to complete). ESPO is seeking to identify and appoint a supplier to provide external auditing services. The objective is to identify a single supplier of external auditing services which best meets the requirements and which offers excellent value for money. The external auditing services required will include (but are not limited to): • Planning, management and execution of an annual external audit of ESPO • Reporting on the external audit processes used to ESPO's Management and Audit and Finance Committee. • Provision of advice to the committee on technical accounting and financial matters • Liaison and coordination with the internal auditors • Provision of an assessment of financial statements The duration of the contract is expected to be for 3 years (36 months), with the option to extend for up to a further 1 year (12 months). The total estimated value stated includes the option period (including in the Spend profile, where the total has been evenly spread over 4 potential Financial years as an example, including the option period, and to provide a simple/approximate estimate).
