Disclosure Scotland has an in-house Communications Team who manage internal and external no-cost and paid communications. We seek to appoint a supplier to support the delivery of a national (Scotland) public information campaign.We seek for the selected supplier to deliver an emotive, people-centred two-phase public information campaign, which focuses on the upcoming legal duties of individuals and organisations detailed in the tender document.The public information campaign offers other strategic opportunities for Disclosure Scotland, such as setting out the wider public benefits of the PVG scheme, with the objective of assuring the public that they can use critical public services safely, because the people providing those services are checked every day and that bad actors will be removed from the workforce.
