Renfrewshire Leisure Ltd (trading as OneRen) is preparing to procure the supply and installation of insulated, automated swimming pool covers across three leisure sites in Renfrewshire: - Lagoon Leisure Centre, Paisley - ON-X Leisure Centre, Linwood - Renfrew Victory Baths, Renfrew As part of the development process for the procurement approach, OneRen is seeking views and information from the marketplace in connection with the areas set out in this Prior Information Notice (PIN). Market consultation is an important part of the procurement process and gives us an opportunity to consider your specialist opinion and expertise. As such, we are requesting that all interested suppliers complete the attached questionnaire 'PIN - Pool Covers' and return to flexibleprocurement@scotland-excel.org.uk by noon on 21 July 2025. Lot 2: ONX Leisure Centre The Provision and Installation of Swimming Pool Covers at the ONX Leisure Centre, Linwood. This project forms part of OneRen’s wider energy efficiency and cost-saving strategy. The objective is to reduce heat loss during non-operational hours, deliver measurable carbon savings, and ensure safe, durable, and user-friendly systems with minimal disruption to operations. Lot 3: Renfrew Victory Baths The Provision and Installation of Swimming Pool Covers at Renfrew Victory Baths, Renfrew. This project forms part of OneRen’s wider energy efficiency and cost-saving strategy.
