Potential providers are asked to note that we require the successful provider to operate a "One Stop Shop" who can Prepare drawings and submit for Building Warrant & Planning approval if over 5m long Install modular galvanised access ramp to comply with current building regulations (gradient usually between 1:12 and 1:15 with compliant landing area at door) Lay any slabbing works required to provide landing area level with paths (this may include removal of bushes/hedges etc) Tidy site on completion Provision of 3 year warranty on ramp Occasionally and where requested we may request a low threshold ramp and / or low threshold door (to be compliant as above) in addition to the ramp or as stand-alone adapts.
