Supply and Installation of Solar PV Installations on 5 x NAC properties

NAC require a suitably qualified contractor to supply and install solar PV installations on the following properties: Arran Outdoor Education Centre, Lamlash, KA27 8LB Abbey croft Children’s House, Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, KA13 6LF Achnamara Children’s Unit, Nelson Road, Saltcoats, KA12 5RF Canmore House, Redstone Avenue, Kilwinning, KA13 7JQ The Meadows Children’s House, James Crescent, Irvine, KA12 0UL The requirement will include the supply, install and remote monitoring of solar PV panels. Lot 1: NAC require a suitably qualified contractor to supply and install solar PV installations on the 5 NAC properties. The requirement will include the supply, install and remote monitoring of solar PV panels. It is anticipated that the contract will take approximately 3 months for completion, with 12 months maintenance included. The defects period will be 52 weeks. The terms and conditions of this contract will be the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contract (June 2017, amended January 2019 and October 2020).
