Tender description

Falkirk Council requires to conduct market engagement to identify suitable providers to be invited to a Quick Quote to deliver a Void Energy Management Service. including installation of smart meters at no cost to the Council to Void and Fire Damaged Properties. It is the Councils intention to award the Quick Quote to a single provider for the entire Council domestic stock and the number of units in the scheme is likely to vary throughout the contract term, dependent upon the uptake of lets, demand for housing and the size of the housing portfolio. Lot 1: A comprehensive brief on the scope of services and intricacies for each relevant aspect of the service; as well as relevant available existing information, will be provided as part of the tender documentation when the Quick Quote is officially published. It should be noted that Falkirk Council are adopting a Prior Information Notice as best practice for this Quick Quote tender exercise. This PIN notice will be utilised to identify suitably qualified providers to be invited to tender in a Quick Quote tender process for the service.
