Quick Quote - Supply of S30 Rail 2025 - Awarded

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to supply 150 lengths of S30 flat bottom rail to Isle of Man Railways, Department of Infrastructure. All goods are required to be on island no later than Monday 27th October 2025. While this is the final delivery date, earlier delivery may be viewed favourably when evaluating tenders of similar pricing.<br /><br />Each length shall be 12.192 metres (40 feet), undrilled at both ends. The rail shall be manufactured from steel grade UIC 700 and conform to the latest revision of BS EN 13674-4:2019.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- Quick Quote - Supply of S30 Rail 2025<br />- S30 Rail Section Diagram<br />- Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services.<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Thursday 3rd July 2025 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Thursday 10th July 2025 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
