Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to supply Fishplates & Fixings to the Isle of Man Railways, Department of Infrastructure. All goods are required no later than Monday 27th October 2025. While this is the final delivery date, earlier delivery may be viewed favourably when evaluating tenders of similar pricing.<br /><br />The supplier shall supply 100 sets of BS80A Fishplates. Where one set consists of 2x BS80A Four-Hole fishplates along with 4x BS80A fishbolts, nuts, and washers. The supplier shall also supply 1000 sets of S30 Fishbolts, nuts, and washers, suitable for FL30 Fishplates.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- Quick Quote - Supply of Fishplates & Fixings 2025<br />- BS 80A Fishplate Drawing<br />- Standard Terms and Conditions for Goods and/or Services<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Thursday 3rd July 2025 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Thursday 10th July 2025 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
