Tender description

The purpose of the award is to approve the appointment of Aspinall Verdi to carry out a Local Plan Viability Assessment. The purpose of the Viability Assessment is to test the implications of policy requirements proposed in the revised Local Plan on the deliverability of the plan in line with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
