HH are seeking notes of interest from suitably experienced and resourced contractors for this work. The main scope of the works is noted below :- Scaffolding to all elevations keeping garages and entrances clear for residents. Further investigation from the scaffold, of cavity wall details and brick lintols. Removing the defective cavity wall insulation Rake out and repoint defective areas of pointing on all elevations Renew window mastic to all windows / openings. Install structural ties where there are sections of vertical cracking. Sundry repair works to the external facades and some repainting works.
