Tender description

Cardiff University require the hire of external venues to hold exams for our students, which involves specific styles of rooms and spaces that can hold a large capacity. The Exam and Timetabling team look at booking rooms internally at Cardiff University as well as external venues. Local external venues are approached year on year to identify availability and capacity requirements for the following exam periods: - Autumn – 13th – 24th January 2025 (includes Saturdays) - Spring – 12th May – 13th June 2025(includes Saturdays) - Resits – 11th August – 22nd August 2025 (includes Saturdays) Lot 1: External short term venue hire for examinations
