Scottish Ministers and UK Ministers, require a range of general property law services connected to land acquisition, management and disposal of interests in land and property, including legal advice on land and property law and the negotiation, drafting and, where necessary, recording or registration of a range of contracts and deeds. Due to the nature of the Scottish Ministers' interests these may include development agreements, crofting matters, compulsory purchase issues, agreements for provision of renewable energy developments, Land Reform and Community Empowerment legislation in relation to Asset Transfer Requests or such other land related matters as may arise. Lot 2: TS/SPCD/CC/2023/05/08 Legal Services for Property and Related Matters (Conflict Firm) Scottish Ministers and UK Ministers, require a range of general property law services connected to land acquisition, management and disposal of interests in land and property, including legal advice on land and property law and the negotiation, drafting and, where necessary, recording or registration of a range of contracts and deeds. Due to the nature of the Scottish Ministers' interests these may include development agreements, crofting matters, compulsory purchase issues, agreements for provision of renewable energy developments, Land Reform and Community Empowerment legislation in relation to Asset Transfer Requests or such other land related matters as may arise. For the above services, Scottish Ministers require a conflict firm to be appointed where the main firm is unable to provide services due to a conflict of interest.
