Description To support the successful delivery, coordination, and reporting of key DfE-funded reform activity and the wider transformation of Children’s Services, including a full service restructure. The project lead will work directly with the Children’s Services Senior Leadership Team to drive reform, ensure compliance with DfE expectations, and embed meaningful, measurable change across the department. Key Objectives: Lead and manage reporting for all DfE Change Programme reform activities. Support the planning and delivery of the wider Children’s Services restructure. Coordinate efforts across leadership and service areas to maintain alignment and pace. Communicate progress effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. Proactively flag risks, interdependencies, and transformation support needs
