Semi-Independent Accommodation and Support for Separated Migrant Children

Swindon Borough Council is seeking input from the market for the provision of semi-independent accommodation and support packages that will ensure the best outcomes for our children and young people. This market assessment is to assist the Council in defining a specification and contract for the services for separated migrant children and young people. Currently, the intention is that Swindon Borough Council will work with a provider that can supply a number of properties within the borough of Swindon, as well as delivering excellent support services to our children and young people. As part of the contract, Swindon require the same provider to also deliver floating support services. In terms of identifying the need of the placements, please presume the placements will be separated migrant children with varying needs. In preparation for this, it is our intention to do a Preliminary Market Engagement to review the current supply market.
