Quick Quote - Supply of BS80 Turnouts 2025 - Awarded

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide three set of BS80 (CEN 39E1) Turnouts to Isle of Man Railways, Department of Infrastructure. Goods are to be delivered by Monday 27th October 2025.<br /><br />The supplier shall provide three turnout assemblies designated PTS 10, PTS 11, and PTS 12 for the upcoming Douglas Yard Carriage Shed Renewal, manufactured using BS80 (CEN 39E1) rail in accordance with the Isle of Man Railways standardised 1 in 7.85 fabricated crossing design. Each turnout shall include all associated ironwork, including all switch and crossing rails, point operating mechanisms, adjustable stretcher bars, baseplates, fixings, and fastenings.<br /><br />An optional price may be submitted for the supply of the required number of composite bearers for each turnout, where this is within the supplier’s capability. It should be noted that some turnouts are fully or partially located in-road and therefore do not require composite bearers in those sections.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- Quick Quote - Supply of BS80 Turnouts 2025<br />- NR-619-DWG-001-B01 - 1 in 7.85 (BS80 / CEN39) Turnout Drawing<br />- NR-687-DWG-001 - Douglas Yard (Phase 2) Outline Track Design Drawing<br />- Standard Terms and Conditions for Goods and/or Services<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 13th June 2025 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 20th June 2025 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
