Oswald Street Day Centre provides support to vulnerable adults in Hackney and is committed to offering high-quality, nutritious, and culturally appropriate food to our service users. The purpose of this Soft Market Testing exercise is to: 1. Understand what service models and innovations are available in the market 2. Gauge market interest in participating in a future procurement 3. Explore potential opportunities for improving outcomes and value-for-money
