Monaghan County Council wishes to tender for the delivery of energy upgrade retrofit works under SEAI's Pathfinder programme.

Tender description

The appointment of a service provider to assist with the development and implementation of robust Measurement and Verification (M and V), Energy Efficiency Design (EED) practices and EED Project Summary Report within the delivery of energy upgrade retrofit works completed under SEAI’s Pathfinder Programme with Monaghan County Council. The main objective of this request is to appoint a service provider to investigate improvements and solutions that: • Improve energy efficiencies, reduce the greenhouse gas emissions by 51 percent. • Increase renewable energy generation in the public sector by 2030. • Support the public bodies transition to zero carbon emissions by 2050 • Will be consistent with a phased pathway towards a BER B and future-proof for renewable space heating systems.
