Ground Works for an Outdoor Classroom

While the outdoor classroom cabin (12.5 mtrs x 7 mtrs) spec has been put under a separate spec and placed on etender for quotations, this request is for the preparatory ground works in the main; quotations are sought to include the following: 1. Excavate site level with footpath to accommodate outdoor classroom cabin(12.5 metres x7 metres) 2. Install concrete slab (12.62 metres x 7.12 metres) 3. Provide Mains Water from existing ring main. 4. Provide electrical supply from the Main Board 5. Install Sewer Piping for 2 toilets and kitchen sink and direct to Main Sewer. 6.Provide drainage for ground water from gutters 7.Install patio on left hand side of outdoor classroom cabin (7 metres x 7 metres) with red sets matching existing school walkways 8. Install Entrance Path (7 metres x 3 metres) on right hand side of outdoor classroom cabin matching red sets with school walkways 9. Excavate and level area on Right Hand side of cabin, kerb and stone this area for play area and play equipment. 10.Fence area on Right Hand Side of Cabin along with footpath with Green Metal Fencing matching existing fencing with a Pedestrian Gate for access. 11. Electrical; Provide full electrical fit out of outdoor classroom cabin including 6 led strip lights, 11 double sockets with USB capability, Fuseboard, Fire Alarm and associated wiring and surface conduits.
