The purpose of this market research questionnaire is to gather information which will be used to engage and understand the marketplace when developing and delivering a potential Enterprise Hub in Greenock. Lot 1: Inverclyde Council is seeking to engage with industry experts on the demand for and potential operation of an Enterprise Hub for Greenock. Greenock (and the wider Inverclyde area, which it is the largest town and civic capital of) has experienced significant socio-economic challenges since deindustrialisation, as seen by ongoing population decline, high levels of multiple deprivation and a weak local economy, including significantly below-average levels of business births..
