QW do not have an internal legal team and have been utilising the NPS Solicitors framework since it was established, the current firm engaged for issues around Regulation is Browne Jacobson LLP. This contract has now expired.The replacement Welsh Government framework is Solicitors Services II Reference: WGCD-PS-130-24. Lot 11 Public Administration Law was used to conduct a further competition.
