Joint Procurement - PCR (2015) - Open Procedure This is a joint procurement for both Uttlesford District Council and Chelmsford City Council. Both Councils require security services for various sites across the council. This will be split into separate lots for each Council; Lot 1 and Lot 2. Please refer to the ITT for more details. Lot 1: Chelmsford City Council Security Security provision for council services(Chelmsford City Council): Hylands Estate - for events and car park security Riverside Ice Rink - Disco Sessions Ad-hoc services This will need a mixture of security from guarding to car parking stewards.
