Tender description

The contract covers the interim provision of maintenance, repair, and emergency response services for communal door entry systems installed across Dacorum Borough Council's housing stock. This includes: 24/7 responsive call-out and fault rectification Planned preventative maintenance Repairs to access control panels, audio-visual intercoms, door automation systems, and associated cabling and infrastructure Minor upgrades and component replacements where necessary Asset verification and system labelling The total estimated contract value is £200,000 (excluding VAT). The supplier is required to begin service delivery from 1 July 2025, operating across multiple residential sites within the borough. The duration of the contract is 12 months. Due to the criticality of this safety-related service and the urgency of maintaining operational continuity following the early termination of the incumbent provider, the contract was directly awarded to a supplier with established experience delivering related security system services within Dacorum. ## Contract award
