This pre-market engagement exercise is being conducted in accordance with Sections 16 and 17 of the Procurement Act 2023. Its primary purpose is to help the contracting authority better understand the market's capacity, capabilities, and potential solutions prior to initiating a formal procurement process. Participation in this exercise does not form part of the formal procurement process and will not be used to assess or pre-qualify suppliers. All insights gathered will be used solely to inform the upcoming procurement and ensure it is designed in a way that is open, competitive, and effective.
