Bespoke training for Wraparound childcare providers work out of school hours and need to access online, pre-recorded (and live) training tailored to wraparound delivery, where face to face training is not a viable option. Any solution should be easily understood by providers, easy to administer for Authorities. Through OOSA Academy build a bespoke training programme for Liverpool City Council and deliver courses for schools and providers. The Out of School Alliance membership would be offered to all Liverpool providers/schools. This gives access to an extensive library of templates, policies, guidance and resources, a monthly newsletter curating all that is happening in the sector, bookable private consultations, termly open forum meetings and national network. There are additional benefits including expert advisors through OOSA Agency. Delivery of the three-part Playwork for Wraparound training programme, in person to wraparound providers.
