Tender description

This service will provide a variety of community programs, including rehabilitation, social activities, education, leisure, employment preparation, community skills, and recovery initiatives for adults aged 18 and over, across the county in response to demonstrated needs, in collaboration with the Community Mental Health Transformation Programme and as part of Cornwall's broader integrated care system for mental health services. Lot 1: This service will deliver a range of community services in mainstream community venues which offer opportunities such as rehabilitation, social, education, leisure, employment preparation, community skills and recovery programmes to adults aged 18+ years. These services will be delivered across county where there is a need demonstrated, working with the Community Mental Health Transformation Programme and as part of the wider integrated care system of mental health services in Cornwall. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice under the Direct Award Cprocedure. The awarding of this call of contract to an existing provider is subject to theHealthCare Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt,the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
