Tender description

The Greater London Authority award a pre-construction services agreement (PCSA) for the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre. This is the first stage of a two stage process. Subject to the satisfactory completion of the PCSA the contractor will be awarded a construction contract. The procurement procedure was a mini competition using the Southern Construction Framework (SCF) - Lot 3. The contract value is for the PCSA only.
