The Services are required by the Council across their portfolio of [c.100] properties in Strategic Property Portfolio as part of their duties under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012). The extent of the Services is as follows: Management Surveys, Reinspection Surveys, Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys.
