Tender description

The contracting authority is UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) and the services are for their Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) Daresbury Laboratory (DL). The aim of this procurement is to contract with a Service Provide to complete all Planned, Preventative Maintenance, reactive, remedial works pertaining to HVAC across STFC Estates at Daresbury Laboratory. We are looking to contract with a specialist HVAC maintenance Service Provider who has technical capability to deliver all aspects of the services. Preferably, they should have the direct in-house labour to be able to maintain a variety of brands of HVAC.
