This Request for Tender (RFT) invites suitably qualified consultants with relevant technical expertise to conduct a comprehensive study examining economic and enterprise opportunities arising from constrained renewable energy resources in the Northwest and West regions of Ireland, encompassing the counties of Sligo, Leitrim, Donegal, Mayo, Roscommon, and Galway.
