Tender description
NHS Arden and GEM CSU, on behalf of NHS Birmingham and Solihull ICB, intends to commission a Domestic Abuse Support Service for the Birmingham and Solihull area. This Procurement has been advertised in accordance with the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 (the “Act”). This Procurement process is a single stage tendering procedure without any restriction on who can submit Bids (an “open procedure”) as permitted by the Act.
