Tender description

The construction of 25 no. new houses comprising as follows : 12 no. 2-bedroom houses, 9 no. 3-bedroom houses, 1 no. 4-bedroom houses, 2 no. 4-bedroom special needs houses and 1 no. 4-bedroom community dwelling, all as Phase 2 of the existing adjoining Development. All associated site development works including access roads, footways, car parking, site boundaries, open space including sheltered public seating area, drainage, landscaping, associated earthworks, public lighting, utilities and services connections, and all ancillary site works.
