National Plant Hire Framework for all of Defra Group, to enable the hire of operated & non-operate plant. A ceiling amount of £95m has been approved for the 6 year term across the 7 sublots, however there is no guarantee for this spend. Each hire will be assessed and approved & will vary depending on the incidents across Defra (animal disease outbreak / flooding).
