Highway Network approx. 900km, Approx 26,000 gullies. Bedford Borough Council are looking for a supplier to provide CCTV surveys of gullies, outlets and culverts. We require these services in the event of a potential collapsed drain scenario. Other services include Drain unblocking, liquid waste disposal, jetting. 1- Survey requirements – the supplier should be able to inspect roadside gullies and identify debris, blockages and structural integrity. Outlets survey for surface water and foul water, checking for signs of damage or erosion. Culverts again checking for structural defects such as collapse or blockage 2- CCTV surveys – does the supplier use industry standard equipment to capture high definition video Inspections carried out to BS EN standards Surveys to include detailed recordings of identified issues, ie blockages, cracks, roots. Silt or any other anomaly 3- Deliverables – Summary of findings, list of identified issues, photos, video. Recommendation for repairs, coordinates of all issue locations, any other health and safety observations. 4- Timing and delivery schedules with regular updates throughout the job Location; Within Bedford Borough Council unitary authority
