The H&SCP wishes to commission a service for the provision of care and support of a group of 12 individuals (this includes one vacancy which is in the process of being filled) with a severe and enduring mental illness/disorders that often disrupts major areas of their life, including relationships, employment, housing, and self-care, leading to a need for specialised support services. Lot 1: This requirement is for the provision of care and support of a group of 12 individuals (this includes one vacancy which is in the process of being filled) with a severe and enduring mental illness/disorders that often disrupts major areas of their life, including relationships, employment, housing, and self-care, leading to a need for specialised support services. This service initially allowed the individuals to be moved from inpatients in Stratheden Hospital into their own homes in the community and now is a supported living service to promote and sustain mental health rehabilitation.
