Tender description

The Council issued a Request for Information to all suppliers on Lot 2 (Hire of LCVs up to 3.5T, 4x4s, HGVs from 3.5T - 7.5T) of the CCS Vehicle Hire Solutions Framework (ref RM6265), on 14 February 2025. A desktop exercise was conducted on the information returned along with the standard rates provided within the CCS framework. Enterprise were identified as the supplier able to meet the Council's objectives, at the lowest cost. The direct award option within the framework was therefore utilised. Enterprise were also awarded Lot 5 (Car Share) as the only provider offering a Car Share scheme within Norwich. This is a 3 year contract with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
