Restructuring and Pre-Insolvency Services (RPIS) Framework

Tender description

The scope of services provided under this framework relates to when scheme employers are undergoing corporate restructuring, particularly where this involves insolvency proceedings. These arrangements can have long-term repercussions for schemes' employer covenant and funding, and this panel will ensure that trustees access the expertise needed to protect schemes' interests and maximise the likelihood of delivering a viable employer and scheme at the end of the process. The estimated contract value includes the optional extension years (up to two periods on one year each).
