Workscope<br />The following checklist outlines the standard tasks performed during the annual maintenance service to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of the system.<br />• Safety chain inspection and verification<br />• Tension confirmation of terminals and integrity of connections<br />• Fire system operational test<br />• Pressure testing for system integrity<br />• Functional test of all electrical equipment<br />• Calibration of gas detection systems<br />• Documentation of all components replaced during service<br />• Replacement of oil and gas filters<br />• Oil system inspection<br />• Measurement of axial gap in compressor<br />• Alignment protocol execution for rotating equipment<br />• Actuator setup and performance verification<br />• Vibration measurement and reporting<br /><br />Your quote should include replacement of consumable parts and be based on a 3 year contract, given as year 1, year 2 and year 3 allowing for inflation etc.<br /><br />Consideration should also be given to PSSR requirements and inspections.
