Provision of the GoodSAM Platform

Tender description

A multi-participant video consultation provision, which will allow officers/staff to video call with victims and witnesses on any smart device. This will improve communication, reduce travel time and may be more comfortable for the victims and witnesses who can set up the calls at a time to suit them. Includes additional suite of tools for emergency use, including the ability to request GPS location data from missing persons, and live stream video from 999 callers. Additional information: Please note that the duration of the contract is 3 + 1 year. The value for just the initial 3 year period is £238,500 (exc. VAT).
