Tender description

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council’s Democratic Services require a system for the management of Councillor information, the drafting of reports, the recording of decisions, the scheduling of meetings, and the publication of meeting agendas, minutes and various legislative documents. The system must be a modern, secure, accessible, cloud-based solution. The system must be capable of applying BCP corporate branding and including working links to other BCP platforms, such as the public website. The anticipated start date of the contract is September 2025. The contract will be for 2.5 years (30 months) with an option to extend annually for a further 2 years (2.5 including 6 months for implementation +1+1). Therefore, if all extensions were taken, the full length of the contract would be for 4.5 years (54 months). Keywords: Meetings, Committee
