Onsite domiciliary care within the following extra care schemes: - Gordon Collings House (MK42) 55 Units 489 care hours per week including 7 residents requiring 2:1 calls day and night Current contract arrangement: 24/7 coverage, amalgamated contract with St Bede’s - St Bede’s (MK40) 104 units (51 units are affordable rent with the remainder privately-owned units) 212 care hours per week including 2 residents requiring 2:1 calls day and night Current contract arrangement: 24/7 coverage, amalgamated contract with Gordon Collings House - Wootton Vale (MK43) 55 units 445 care hours per week including 6 residents requiring 2:1 calls day and night Current contract arrangement: 24/7 coverage, Individual contract - Sir William Harpur House (MK41) 37 units 179 care hours per hour including 1 residents requiring 2:1 calls day Current contract arrangement: 7am-10pm coverage, individual contract This Notice is intended to notify the market of the upcoming tender opportunity. Bedford Borough Council would like to gauge the level of interest in the contract opportunity; the market engagement will also help to inform the service model/s and cost model/s specified under the tender.
