250004 - Provision of a Local Sustainability Action Plan Programme

Queen’s requires the services of a Supplier to deliver an online system which provides a framework for supporting Faculties, Schools and Directorates in developing and implementing their own bespoke sustainability action plans. <br /><br />This may be approached by the Supplier using an existing project model or the development of a novel bespoke model. The proposed system must however be tailored to the University’s needs. <br /><br />Core objectives of this contract:<br /><br />• Provide a tailored online system (the “System”) to assist Local Sustainability Action Plan (LSAP) Leads in creating, and implementing, their sustainability action plans. <br />• Assist Queen’s Sustainability Team in rolling out the LSAP Programme throughout the University. <br />• Continual development of the LSAP Programme by engaging with stakeholder areas to ensure programme remains relevant and engaging.
