to deliver outcomes for carers via the Sheffield Carers Support Service (SCSS); this will be for carers who are providing care to someone who lives in Sheffield. This notice is a PIPELINE NOTICE and therefore is NOT currently a call for competition. For the avoidance of doubt, the Pipeline Notice is intended to provide the most accurate forecast currently available for the council's high value procurement activity.
