Tender description

This service aims to procure focussed partnership arrangement to put measures in place that support not-for-profit arrangements for children who are looked after. Benefits of this service include, improved outcomes and best value spending due to less council funding intended for children and young people being routed through private sector, profit making business. Not diminishing the private sector market that the council has to, and will continue to rely on but acknowledging that inherently the preferred model with a social value focus is for all funding to go towards the service where possible.
