Provision of Supported Living Service within Supported Accommodation

Tender description

North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) are looking to notify the market of a potential future contract opportunity for a provider(s) to deliver care and support for Adults with a Learning Disability, Mental Health and Physical & Sensory Disability within 2 established North Ayrshire Council owned supported accommodation developments. Residents in both lots hold their own tenancy agreement with North Ayrshire Council. This will be split into two lots: Lot 1 - Bessie Dunlop Court, Dalry, KA24 5FA Lot 2 - Castlecraigs Curt, Glasgow Street, Ardrossan, Ka22 8EP The anticipated date for publication on PCS-Tender is 2 June 2025, with the start date of 1 April 2026. NAC welcomes expressions of interest from service providers, by completing the questionnaire attached and returning to laurakeane@north-ayrshire.gov.uk before close of business on Friday 30 May 2025. Lot 1: Bessie Dunlop Court, Dalry The Service will be delivered from the staff base in each Supported Accommodation development and within the community. Flexibility in service delivery will be required taking into account individual circumstances. The Service Provider is commissioned to provide an allocated number of care and support hours for the site. Further information can be found in the attached document.
